This is a live online training program taught through Google Meets. Students can ask questions during class (Virtual Training), and Kathy may also answer questions after class depending on availability.
Yes. Kathy usually provides mock testing near the end of the program so students can better measure their readiness before taking the certification exam.
The exam is typically multiple choice and includes 100 questions. A score of 70 is considered passing. The course helps students get familiar with the books and the exam format instead of relying on memorization alone.
Kathy recommends taking the exam as soon as you are ready, ideally within two weeks after training, so the material is still fresh and you are still comfortable using the books.
No. The program has a no refund policy. However, students may be allowed to rejoin training again once within 6 months period of time. You can confirm details before enrolling. For additional details please give Kathy a call.
